Had a very nice stay here during our weekend. Unbeatable location right on the train tracks. - Amicable staff, everything was great. - the rooms were reasonably spacious and had a SPLENDID view of the Cathedral.

Excellent quality hotel in a shopping area right by the train station, the river, the Dom, shops and many kolsch brewhouses. An ideal base for exploring Cologne, the Cathedral, or Cathedral Christmas market. 3. Airy room in good condition, and absolutely perfect location. 4. Knowledgeable staff always on hand. 5. Excellent service, amazing breakfast spread. 6. Late check out.

The personnel are friendly, efficient, and very responsive which ensures guests have a pleasant stay. the queen room comes equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV. - Excellent service and the breakfast is marvellous.

We had a pleasant stay at A & O. the staff were helpful and offered to store our luggage for us. They even made arrangements for us to store our luggage at a partner hotel when there was limited space. the B&B itself was nice and clean, with a good breakfast. Its location just in front of the Cathedral was excellent. the only minor inconvenience was the check-out time at 10:00, but they did offer a late check-out option for a fee. we would recommend this place. Cons: No issues at all! 😊.
